What I Ate Wednesday: Week 11

Breakfast
Plain Puffed Rice, Sprinkle of Sugar, a Banana, and Turkey Bacon


 Lunch
Leftover Oven Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Salad with Parmesan Dressing.


Dinner
Surf and Turf: Grilled T-Bone Steak and Scallops and another Salad.


Dessert
Puffed Rice Treats. They are like Rice Krispie Treats, but with Puffed Rice. It makes them a great Lo So treat. I was too lazy to take a picture and post it.
