Banana Bread

This is a classic, simple recipe.

Software:

2 over ripe bananas
1/3 cup of oil (vegetable is good)
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla (eyeball it)
2 and 1/3 cup of Bisquick or Jiffy brand
Non Stick Spray

Hardware:
Large mixing bowl
Spoon
Loaf pan or 4 mini loaf pans

Grease bottom of pan or pans. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 55 minutes for a regular loaf pan or 35 minutes in mini loaf pans. When a knife or toothpick comes out clean your bread it finished.  

Smash the bananas.

Add the oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Add Bisquick or Jiffy Mix. Add about a half cup at a time.

Grease the bottom of your loaf pan or pans.

Fill your pans with the batter. Bake at 350 degrees

This is an old family recipe. It is simple and everyone enjoys it.
