Breakfast Muffins

This recipe is from a member at Holy Cross.

Software:
1 Tube of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (8 count)
8 Breakfast Sausage Patties (Pork or Turkey)
4 Eggs (or the equivalent Egg Beater measurement)
Splash of milk
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Non Stick Spray

Hardware:
Texas size muffin tin
Frying pan
Spoon

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit according the Grands package directions.

Flatten each uncooked biscuit and mold to the muffin tin.

Place a cooked sausage patty in each uncooked biscuit.

Top the uncooked biscuit and sausage with cooked scrambled eggs.

Top with cheese. Then place in a 350 degree oven and bake based on Grands package directions.

Finished product.

They can be wrapped individually and frozen. Just cook in the microwave for about 1 minute.

These are perfect for out of town guests. They also provide a convenient mid-week breakfast.

  1. These look yummy! For someone unfamiliar with the recipe, it sort of reads as though you bake the biscuits first. You may just need a dashed-line prior to the first picture of the muffin tin. Other than that, very clear and easy to follow! Good job!

  2. I put the word "uncooked" in front of biscuit when applicable. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for the comment! =)
